Basic Responsibilities  \nAccountable for the oversight and functionality of assigned branches, staff management, member experience, and training requirements. Implements the decisions and direction of upper management related to planning, organizing, developing, and managing of all functions related to retail service.  \nII. Essential Functions  \na. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position will be expected to implement enterprise-level decisions involving retail delivery and standardization of best practices.  \nb. Assists the Marketing Department in implementing strategies to meet member growth, member experience expectations and product growth objectives.  \nc. Ensures exceptional member service standards across retail operations.  \nd. Supports MSR’s and assists as back-up to their job functions when needed.  \ne. Oversees daily branch functions as well maintaining time-cards, vacation accrual, and front line coverage.  \nf. Knowledgeable of consumer lending products, services, compliance, and documentation requirements with the ability to gather and input application material.  \ng. Provide coaching and mentoring opportunities and conduct MSR employee reviews.  \nh. Assists Director of Operations in projects as needed  \ni. Responsible for internal controls and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to the areas of oversight incorporated in this job description.  \nj. Lead, manage and directs Member Service Representatives (MSR) and responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation duties.  \nb. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; apprising performance; and resolving problems.  \nIV. Education and Skills Required  \na. Education  \n1.
