Everything real estate agent needs to build a sharp and professional website is included in the Real Estate Professional template.  \nMajor changes and / or structural and / or features modifications are not included. The purchase price includes updating the information in the sample website with the Purchasers information.  \nPurchaser must send Texas State Online all of the information required to setup the one page website prior to Seller working on the website. The words must be about the same number of letters so they fit in the space. Images must be the size indicated . The information required is listed below.  \nLogo, Phone and Navigation Header  \nThe Real Estate Professional header section contains four (4) elements:  \n1. Logo  \n2. Address  \n3. Office Phone Number  \n4. Navigation Menu Links  \nPurchaser will need to send us the information for the header. The logo must be 138 pixels by 102 pixels. We can size it to fit, but it must be in the shape of a square similar to the existing logo.  \nMain Header Images  \nIt’s highly important to include pictures specific to your location and the type of homes, commercial property or land that you will be selling. At least one image is required and up to three can be used effectively. The images should be high quality taken with a good quality camera and not a cell phone.  \nThe image size should be 3450 pixels x 900 pixels.  \nAgent’s Welcome Area  \nIt’s highly important to many real estate agents to project a professional, friendly and outgoing image to existing and prospective clients (and colleagues as well) .
