This short module is ideal to build awareness throughout a company’s workforce for everyone who might work on a team or in a department where RACI is used. This module includes a downloadable one‐page reference guide that defines the codes and a whitepaper introducing RACI.  \n8 minutes  \nModule 2: Construct a RACI Chart  \nIn this module, you will learn to construct a RACI chart. This module is ideal if you are managing others or working on or leading a cross‐functional team. This module includes two interactive PDF templates to download: a simple RACI template and an alternative format, the Assigning Roles RACI Template.  \n10 minutes  \nRACI MASTERS ADVANCED MODULES:  \nModule 3: Effective Project Management with RACI  \nIf you are involved in project work, this module will strengthen your overall project management skills. In it, you will learn the five ingredients of effective project management and how to use RACI to motivate people on your project teams to become and stay engaged. This module includes a programmed RACI Smart Template in Excel, which automatically generates individual assignment lists and tracks deadlines, and a Sample Project Roadmap to help your projects stay on track.  \n7 minutes  \nModule 4: Improve Delegation with RACI  \nThis module is designed for managers and leaders who want to improve their delegation skills in order to enhance accountability in their organizations. Learn how to use the RACI language in delegation conversations so that you create a culture of accountability. This module includes a downloadable Checklist for Effective Delegation.  \n9 minutes  \nModule 5: Lead Effective Meetings with RACI  \nRACI is a powerful tool to strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of meetings. If you are involved in or lead a project team, or a department, take this module to learn how to apply the RACI codes to groups and teams. By learning why the work in between meetings is just as important—if not more important—than the work you do inside the meeting, you will keep your teams moving forward.
