The content covers how to watch the show, review deliberately horrible design examples, and apply practical hints to avoid similar failures. This has allowed for diversification through the expansion of fruit production for export, especially to the U.S. and Western Europe. Chile has successfully diversified its agricultural sector to the extent that it is now a major fruit exporting nation. Many countries view Chile's diversification of agriculture as a model to be followed. \n• Meanwhile, the U.S. remains the largest single market for Chile's fruit exports. \nHowever, increasing demand from the EC and Central and East European countries combined may eventually surpass exports to the U.S. , spurring further growth in Chile's exports. \n• If you’ve read this far, your eyes probably hurt and you’ve been reading this tedious long-winded text instead of listening to me. I’m insulted-can’t you see I’m doing a presentation up here? Look at me! Congratulations, however, on having such good eyesight. \nToo Much Text, and Font too small \n• Don’t put large blocks of text in your presentation. \n• Emphasize the main points. \n• The “Six-by-Six” Rule. \n• Use pictures-PowerPoint is multimedia! \n• Use a large font…at least 30-point or more. \nBeginner Motorcycles \n• My personal favorite: the Suzuki Savage \n• Light weight (~380lbs) \n• Adequate power (650cc engine) \n• Low seat height fits most riders \nBad Color Choices \n• Avoid loud, garish colors…dark text on light background is best. \n• Avoid text colors that fade into background, i.e. blue and black \n• Avoid color-blind combinations: \n– Red and green \n– Blue and yellow \nOverwhelming Pictures \n• Use pictures, but don’t let them use you. \n• Keep slides SIMPLE! Too much diverts audience away from content. \n• Too many pictures also make saving a presentation difficult. \n• 1 or 2 pictures per slide is probably enough. \nRacquetball Fundamentals \n􀂄 2, 3, or 4 players. \n􀂄 1 player serves, other “returns.” \n􀂄 Only serving player can score. \n􀂄 Served ball must land past serving line and cannot hit back wall. \n􀂄 Ball can only bounce once before striking front wall…but ball does not have to bounce. \nUsing too much Slide Animation \n• Again, keep slides simple! \n• Apply one Slide Transition style and one Animation Scheme to ALL slides. \n• Don’t change between styles-a single style makes a presentation look unified. \n• “Busy” presentations divert audience attention from content.","cbCaisyQ9lBfGGwu","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaisyQ9lBfGGwu","pdf",533821,"English","# How to Use this Presentation\n## Horrible examples and hints\n# Too Much Text, and Font too small\n## Six-by-Six rule\n## Use pictures and large font\n# Topic examples and filler content\n## Chilean Exports\n## Too much text and eye-hurting narration\n# Design and visual guidance\n## Bad Color Choices\n## Overwhelming Pictures\n## Overuse of slide animation\n# Additional examples\n## Beginner Motorcycles\n## Racquetball Fundamentals","[{\"question\":\"How should a viewer use this PowerPoint presentation?\",\"answer\":\"Watch the slide show, review the bad design examples, and read the hints and tips slides that follow to avoid repeating the same mistakes.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the main problems with text and fonts in this presentation?\",\"answer\":\"It warns against large blocks of text and fonts that are too small, emphasizing highlighting main points and using a sufficiently large font (at least 30-point).\"},{\"question\":\"Which visual and interaction issues should be avoided?\",\"answer\":\"Avoid loud or fading color choices, don’t overload slides with too many pictures, keep slides simple, and avoid overwhelming slide animation by using a consistent transition and animation scheme across all slides.\"}]","Quite Possibly The World’s Worst PowerPoint Presentation Ever - A Demonstration of What NOT to do When Creating and Using PowerPoint Slide Shows - How to Use this Presentation - Avoid Common Mistakes | PDF",1789250463]
