The Client wishes to use MCO's Products and Services in relation to the operation of its business, and may wish to appoint MCO to provide further Products and Services to it from time to time.  \n(C) When the Client requests Products and/or Services from MCO, MCO and the Client will enter into a separate Purchase Order in accordance with these Terms of Service.  \n1.
