School Principal;and Matt Hampton CLK Elementary School Assistant Principal.  \nThe organizational meeting was called to order by last year's President,Phylis Locatelli  \nOn motion,seconded (Luoma-Wickstrom)unanimous decision,the Board of Educationappointed Phyllis Locatelli as President Pro Tem.  \nOn motion,seconded(Luoma-Vertin)unanimous decision,the Board of Educationappointed PhylisLocatelli as President;Michael Luoma M.D.as Vice President,MelanieParker as Secretary,and Daniel Zubiena as Treasurer for the 2019 year.  \nThis concluded the organizational meeting.  \nOn motion,seconded(Wickstrom-Parker)unanimous decision,minutes from previousmeetings were approved.  \nOn motion,seconded(Luoma-Vertin)unanimous decision,the bills were approved to bepaid.The General ($718.87),plus a  \u003Cbr>Transfer in Transit(Debt Service)of $40.43,for a total General Fund balance as of December  \u003Cbr>31,2018,of $1,896,898.33.  \u003Cbr>The Athletic Account showed a bank balance as of December 31,2018,of $30,566.03,for  \u003Cbr>a total Athletic Fund of $30,566.03.  \u003Cbr>The Cafeteria Fund showed a balance of $35,820.45,plus a Transfer in Transit(Genera
