PSGS-1528F, 28 Ports Web Smart+ GbE PoE+ Switch.\nBy reading this user guide, users can perform the following tasks:\nTo check the switch status by reading the LED behavior\nTo reset the switch or to restore the switch to factory defaults\nTo install the switch\nTo use a Web browser to initially configure the switch\nTo troubleshoot the switch\nFront View of the Switch\nFigure 1: Front panel of the switch\nRear View of the Switch\nFigure 2: Rear panel of the switch\nLED Descriptions\nThe LEDs on the front panel provide users with switch status checking and monitoring. There are three types of LEDs as follows:\nSystem LED\nindicates if the switch is powered up correctly or not, or, indicates if there is a system alarm triggered for troubleshooting.\nMode LEDs\nindicates the mode of all ports on the switch. Users can press the Mode button sequentially to switch among the two different modes (Link/Activity/Speed mode and PoE mode).\nPort Status LEDs\nindicates the current status of each port. Users can check these LEDs to understand the port status in different modes, after changing the mode by pressing Mode button.\nThe following table details the functions and descriptions of various LED indicators.\nTable 1: System LED\nTable 2: Mode LEDs\nBy pressing the MODE button in less than 2 seconds to change LED modes (Link/Act/Speed Mode or PoE Mode), users can check the port status by reading the LED behaviors per the table below.\nTable 3: Port Status LEDs\nMode/Reset Button\nBy pressing the Mode/Reset Button for certain period of time, users can perform the following tasks.\nChange Port Status LED Mode\nto read the port status correctly in the two different modes (Link/Act/Speed mode or PoE mode).\nReset the Switch\nto reboot and get the switch back to the previous configuration settings saved.\nRestore the Switch to Factory Defaults\nto restore the original factory default settings back to the switch.\nNote:\nAccording to the table below, users can easily judge which task is being performed by reading the LED behaviors while pressing the Mode/Reset button. Once the LED behaviors are correctly displayed, users may just release the button.\nTable 4: Mode/Reset Button Descriptions\nChapter 2\tInstalling the Switch\nPackage Contents\nThe Switch\nAC Power cord (Option)\nFour adhesive rubber feet\nInstallation Gu","cbCaicWBHU173oO4","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaicWBHU173oO4","docx",466625,"English","# Chapter 1 Introduction\n## Overview\n## Front View of the Switch\n## Rear View of the Switch\n## LED Descriptions\n## Mode/Reset Button\n# Chapter 2 Installing the Switch\n## Package Contents\n## Mounting the Switch in a 19-inch Rack\n## Mounting the Switch on Desk or Shelf\n## Connecting the AC Power Cord\n## Installing SFP Modules","[{\"question\":\"How can users check the switch status using LEDs?\",\"answer\":\"Users can read the front-panel LEDs, including System LED for power/alarm status, Mode LEDs for port mode selection, and Port Status LEDs for each port’s current status in the selected mode.\"},{\"question\":\"What actions can be performed with the Mode/Reset button?\",\"answer\":\"Pressing the Mode/Reset button for a certain period of time can change the port LED mode, reset (reboot) the switch to previous saved configuration, or restore factory default settings.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the initial installation steps for placing the switch?\",\"answer\":\"Installation includes mounting in a 19-inch rack or on a desk/shelf, attaching the provided hardware (mounting brackets or adhesive rubber feet), and connecting the AC power cord before checking the SYS LED.\"}]","PSGS-1528F Web Smart+ GbE PoE+ Switch - Quick Installation and Initial Configuration | DOCX",1788330125]
