 \nThe Project Template contains the standard informaTon you want to appear each Tme you open a New Project. It ensures documents are consistent in their presentaTon and content.  \nIt includes the Company Header & Footer, Notes and Project Op3ons.  \nHow to Export a Project Template  \nThe Project Template is not a Project file so it is not saved using the File menu > Save As. To Export (Save) the Project Template go to the File menu > Export > New Project Template.  \nThe New Project Template box will appear lisTng what can be included in the Project Template. Click on OK to Export (Save) the Project Template.  \nTo ensure the Project Template has been saved go to the File menu > New. Check the detail you have exported is now present in the new Project.  \nThe Project Template only applies to New Projects and will not change old or exisTng Projects.  \nSharing the Project Template  \nThe Project Template can be shared by mulTple Users in one company. To set it up only one User needs to do the following:  \n1. Open a New Project by opening the so[ware or by using the File menu > New.  \n2. Ensure they are linked to the Shared folders on your network in:  \n Es3Mac via the Es3Mac menu > Preferences > System or in…  \n Es3PC via the Tools menu > Op3ons > System.  \nHere they can select the Shared EsT Projects and Data folders using the two Browse bu]ons  \nFor more informaTon on how to set up sharing please read one of the follow guides:-Mac (Cloud Service or Server) or PC (Cloud Service or Server) .  \n3. Set up the Project Template as explained in this guide.  \n4. Export (Save) the Project Template using the File menu > Export > New Project Template.  \nOnce linked to the Shared folders the New Project Template box will give the opTon to change the template for everyone in your company Yes or to change the template for just you No.  \nSelect Yes to change template for everyone in your company.  \nThe Project Template is then Exported (Saved) and is available to all Users in all new Projects.  \nIf a User opens a new Project and does not see the Project Template or changes made then they need to ensure they are linked to the Shared folders as explained above.  \nChanging the Project Template  \nWhen changes need to be made to the Project Template, for example:  \n when you move to a new Address  \n change your Logo or Branding  \n or when the Tax rate change… these can be saved by:  \n1.
