The Project Manager demonstrates strong leadership skills, works well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills and strives to enrich the Company Culture. The Project Manager is responsible for the full cycle of construction. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing and preconstruction, developing the project estimates and schedules, and managing the construction process and team until the final close out is complete. A Project Manager helps team members build relationships, promotes our Company’s core values and helps provide an environment that benefits our customers and team members.  \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  \n• Demonstrate proficiency in management and leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, strong planning and organizational abilities with effective communication skills.  \n• Manage individual projects from award to completion. Project managers must have experience with all facets of project management, including preconstruction and interviews , proposals and estimating, subcontracting, cost control, scheduling, personnel management and close-out.  \n• Interface with clients, design professionals and consultants.  \n• Lead preconstruction efforts and establish cost estimates throughout the entire design process.  \n• Thorough understanding of construction plans and specifications including complete take-offs on all aspects of work.  \n• Solicit subcontractor bid packages, scope review, subcontractor negotiations and development of subcontracts.  \n• Direct and supervise activities related to financial projections, change orders, submittals, RFI’s and billings.  \n• Continuous communication with the field staff and provide support where needed. Analyze weekly labor reports, develop and maintain construction schedules and material procurement.  \n• Responsible for ensuring proper safety procedures exist at all times and that weekly safety meetings are held. Maintain frequent and open communication with the Foushée Safety Director.  \n• Have knowledge of and adhere to all company policies. Always maintain a positive Team attitude. Promote the Company and the Team to the client, subcontractors and others.  \n• Train, mentor and manage team members. Identify strengths and weaknesses , supporting both advancement and improvement.
