Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.  \nDuties:  \n• Create and manage collaborative projects based on customer requirements.  \n• Coordinate with the government, academic, and industry partners and customers on multiple collaborative projects.  \n• Work directly with the customer to gain project-related knowledge, understand and define stakeholders needs.  \n• Identify, define, prioritize, and document project requirements into detailed project plan.  \n• Provide business justification for why certain project features and/or capabilities are needed.  \n• Define and track project deliverables and budgets.  \n• Coordinate different aspects of projects including events, logistics, cyber, security, contracts, finance, and technology services.  \n• Research and identify potential industry and academic partners to support projects.  \n• Evaluate potential project and partner proposals.  \n• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.  \n• Create proposals for the purchase of software, equipment, and other items as needed.  \nRequired Skills & Attributes:  \n• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.  \n• Excellent written, verbal, client-facing, and internal communication skills  \n• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.  \n• Proficient with Microsoft Office.  \n• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.  \n• Excellent team working skills to develop solutions in collaboration with other professionals.  \n• Ability to handle difficult people and/or situations in high pressure environments and make tough decisions.  \n• Must be flexible and work with limited supervision.  \n• Customer focused, adaptable and willing to work varying assignments.  \n• Two or more years of proven working experience in project management or similar working experience.  \n• Eligible for Secret security clearance.
