The production manager oversees planning/ purchasing, fabrication, assembly, prep & paint, machining, and wire harness assembly.  \nKey Areas of Responsibility:  \n• Lead the Production team (currently 70+ employees) .  \no Apply and impart our Company Statement of Objectives to the Production team.  \no Develop, supervise, and hold department managers accountable.  \no Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.  \n• Manufacture the best products (both machines & tools) to targeted delivery.  \no Establish workflow to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product, safety, or integrity.  \no Determine needed resources to ensure availability. (Personnel, goods, equipment, facilities, components, tools, etc. ) .  \no Hold team accountable to meet quality standards.  \n• Continuously improve our high-quality, low-volume manufacturing system.  \no Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.  \no Monitor production to resolve issues.  \no Develop a schedule to ensure facilities and manufacturing equipment is maintained.  \no Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.  \no Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.  \no Establish budgets for departments.
