And why should I use it? \nWe have put together a selection of the best tools and techniques currently inuse for designing better products, services and experiences-based on solid evidence. You’ll notice that we’ve put the people you’re designing for (called“users” throughout the toolkit) at the centre. This is entirely intentional. \nThis toolkit can be used at any stage of a project; whether you’restarting out, reaching the end, or needing to evolve your approach. \nWho is this kit for? And who should it be used with? \nWe have designed this kit for Australian Red Cross people who want to work more effectively, design better things, and contribute creatively and meaningfully to the work of Australian Red Cross. These tools can be used in individual and group settings and are designed to work in an internal and external stakeholder context. \nHow do I use this kit? \nThis kit is modular, and divided into four main sections; context, explore, validate and deliver. Use the “context” cards to help you brush-up on your understanding of any principles, methodologies or approaches that are new to you. The “explore” cards will help you move from problem definition to prototype, through gaining an intimate understanding of your problem, users and their needs, and spark your ideas for solutions. The “validate” cards come into play once you’ve arrived at a solution direction and need tools to help you gain feedback, test your ideas, and iterate where needed. The “deliver”cards are there to help you plan for success, build it, and grow it. \nThe best part? There’s a tool for almost every situation. You don’t need to use them in order. Just pull out the one you need, whenever you need it. \nINTRODUCING OUR PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS \nii \nOnce you’ve understood your context, the design of good products, services and experience moves from exploration, to validation, then onto delivery; with moments to pivot, iterate, and continuously improve along the way. \nTo visualise this, and the steps in between, we’ve designed the below visual to help you make sense of the process. \nEXPLORE VALIDATE DELIVER \niii \nEXPLORE VALIDATE DELIVER \nPIVOT \nPROBLEM \nHYPOTHESIS \nPROOF \nSOLUTION \nRELEASE \nValidate \nNow that you’ve stretched the imagination and arrived at some adventurous ideas, it’s time to get selective about which solutions are best to pursue. \nIt’s ok to start from assumptions about your users ","cbCaiqMiqi5SacB7","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiqMiqi5SacB7","pdf",16305678,140,"English","# INTRODUCTION\n## WHAT, WHY, WHO, HOW\n## INTRODUCING OUR PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS\n## EXPLORE VALIDATE DELIVER\n## Validate\n## Deliver\n## A note on language\n## NAVIGATING THE CARDS","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of the PROBLEMSOLVER’S TOOLKIT?\",\"answer\":\"It provides best-practice tools and methods to help teams design products, services, and experiences that fit users’ needs, using evidence and iteration throughout the project.\"},{\"question\":\"Who is this toolkit designed for and how should it be used?\",\"answer\":\"It is designed for Australian Red Cross people and can be used both individually and in group settings, including internal and external stakeholder contexts.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the four sections of the toolkit and what does each one support?\",\"answer\":\"The toolkit is modular into context, explore, validate, and deliver—covering understanding principles, moving from problem definition to prototype, testing and feedback to reach a validated direction, and planning for success through delivery and continuous improvement.\"}]","PROBLEMSOLVER’S TOOLKIT - Context Explore Validate Deliver - Introduction | PDF",1789246894,49]
