residence the property for which an exemption is requested.  \n2)File a claim with the Assessor or Board Of Review and Per MCL211.7u(2b)a copy of all household membersfederal income tax returns,state income tax returns(MI-1040)and your Homestead Property Tax Creditclaim(MI-1040CR1,2,3 or 4)must be attached as proof of income.  \n3)Produce valid drivers'license or other form of identification if requested.  \n4)Produce a deed,land contract,or other evidence of ownership of the property for which an exemption is requestedif requested.  \n5)An exemption due to poverty shall not be granted unless the total household income of allmembers of thehousehold is less than the current year Poverty Income Standards,as determined by PA 191 of 2023,for a householdof equivalent size.  \n6)A poverty exemption shall not be granted for any houschold whose members have a total net worth in excess of  \n$7,500 excluding the principal residence.  \n7)The application for an exemption shall be filed after January 1,but before the day prior to the last day of BoardOf Review.  \n8)There will be no partial exemptions granted.Annual federal poverty level income guidelines will be strictlyfollowed for
