The attached HSSCD organizational structure proposes reclassifying the two Administrative Assistants currently reporting to the Assistant Directors to better align with their assigned duties. This adjustment will reduce the number of Administrative Assistant positions in the HS organizational structure from five to three while increasing the Administrative Coordinator positions from one to three.  \nThe Administrative Assistant position encompasses essential support functions necessary for the operation of programs within the Head Start (HS) division.
