However, Xerox makes no representations or warranties about the enforceability of the Agreement or whether the Agreement includes all of the appropriate terms and conditions for use in your jurisdiction. Xerox suggests your own legal counsel review the Agreement (if you choose to use the Agreement) and make any appropriate changes. Xerox assumes no liability with respect to the Agreement. The Agreement is between you and your customer; Xerox is not a party of the Agreement.  \nHow to use this document  \nThe PagePack End User Agreement Template has been enabled so that you can edit and view the content using Microsoft Word’s Review/Track Changes (redlining) feature. This will allow you to develop an accurate Agreement for your respective client electronically. Prior to printing and presenting the Agreement for signature please ensure that all changes are accepted and saved in the document. Alternatively, you can turn-off the Track Changes feature prior to completing the document electronically.  \nGeneral instructions (pages 1 and 2)  \n1. Your customer’s contact information needs to be filled in at the top of the Agreement.  \n2. Your business name needs to be inserted in the blank line in the first paragraph of text.  \n3. In Section 5, fill in the blank with the amount you desire to charge per device if your customer fails to provide meter reads.  \n4. Under Section 12, you need to insert the state law which will govern the Agreement. You also need to insert the location where litigation would take place if you want to agree in advance on venue. Seek guidance from your own legal counsel if you have questions.  \n5. The Agreement should be signed by both you and your customer on page 2 of the PagePack Cost Per Print Agreement, as well as related product-specific Schedules. You need to fill in the name of your company on both page 2 of the agreement as well as all schedules.  \nNote: This Agreement covers PagePack for New Xerox Devices, PagePack for Xerox ColorQube,  \nPagePack Xerox Graphics Arts and PagePack NX/NXT. All devices listed in the schedules must be completed with the brand, model and serial number, the base monthly charge for both Black and White Prints and Color Prints (if applicable), the number of copies/ prints included in the base monthly charges (if applicable), and the cost for each additional print. The Equipment Location box may need to be checked and a location inserted. The correct Contract Term (one year, three years, four years or five years – refer to the appropriate schedule for specific contract terms) must be selected and the appropriate box checked.
