The work schedule is flexible depending on the weather and amount of harvest each day, and an employee is expected to be available to work 30-50 each week. This seasonal position is for harvest season only, which can begin early June to early July, and go through August. Since the season is so short, the packing facility operates seven days a week, including holidays.
