Model the Lund Food Holdings customer service standards at all times  \n▪ Carefully select and package orders to customer’s specifications. Follows company guidelines to make sure proper packaging and the level of care and attention is taken when processing orders to minimize damaged and/or distressed products  \n▪ Review orders to ensure correct items are selected with special attention to detail of the order such as customer notes, weight, volume, color, flavor, size, etc.  \n▪ Notify customer of item(s) not in stock and ask if they would like a substituted item  \n▪ Immediately notify supervisor or appropriate management of issues that surface, which may impact the ability to fulfill orders on time as scheduled  \n▪ Maintain confidentiality of all e-shopping records and other related company documents, reports and information  \nOTHER JOB DUTIES (Not considered essential to the job)  \n1.
