The form’s edition date is listed in MM/DD/YY format at the bottom of the form. USCIS advises that the previous edition of form I-765, dated July 26, 2022, will not be accepted after January 2, 2023. The missions are therefore advised to check the edition date ofthe I-765 and to use the October 31, 2022, edition of the I-765 for Dependent Work Authorization applications.
