Upon LOI approval, the full application will become available for completion.  \n Organizations may request between $10,000 and $100,000 for a one-year project period beginning on July 1st and ending June 30th. Funding amounts are at the discretion of the New Hanover County ABC Board.  \nEligible Organizations Have:  \nA status of New Hanover County non-profit, tax-exempt charitable  \norganizations exempt under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.  A 501(c) (3) determination letter with an active solicitation license.  \n Evidence of at least three (3) consecutive years of demonstrated organization strength in leadership, track record and sustainability results.  \n An independent audit completed by a licensed certified public accountant within two (2) fiscal years for requests over $25,000.  \n A review or audit completed by a licensed certified public accountant within two (2) fiscal years for requests $25,000 or under.  \nGetting Started  \nLog in or create an Organization Account on Foundant.  \n Confi rm that all contact information in Foundant is accurate and up to date.
