We are excited to gather an extraordinary group of leaders, scholars, and practitioners to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. This symposium comes at a critical time, as AI rapidly redefines not only the way healthcare is delivered but also how it is regulated and understood in the broader context of law and society.  \nAI is at the center of a healthcare revolution, with its applications spanning from predictive diagnosticsand personalized treatments to operational efficiencies that enhance patient care. Its ability to process vast amounts of data at incredible speeds enables breakthroughs in disease detection, treatment optimization, and clinical decision-making. However, while AI offers remarkable opportunities, it also presents complex challenges. The ethical, legal, and societal implications of AI’s growing presence in healthcare demands rigorous exploration and scholarship.  \nScholars and professionals must critically assess how AI intersects with existing laws and regulations, and how those frameworks need to adapt. Understanding these dynamics is essential for crafting regulatory responses that prioritize equitable access and protections.
