There was a $388,000 decrease in revenue and  \nan increase of $191,000 in operating expenses to account for the change. Within the National Archives Trust Fund, the Presidential libraries had net operating income of $173,000 for fiscal year 2011, down from net operating income of $492,000 in fiscal year 2010. Revenue decreased $388,000, mainly from decreases of $229,000 in RACO/Records Management training and $183,000 for miscellaneous sales. The RACO/Records Management training had a significant decrease in revenue that was primarily a result of the overall decrease in the number of training classes taught in FY11 .
