All programme participant names, the details of the modules they have completed and contact details will be forwarded to SSAT so that the NAML module completion certificates can be delivered as part of the accreditation process. The license holder will also make participants on the programme aware of the opportunities for Masters module credit exemption (30 CATs) through the University of Nottingham and completion of Lead Practitioner accreditation.  \n􀁸 All programme administration including provision of a training venue, provision of trainers, support material and catering as required will be provided by the NAML license holder.  \n􀁸 The NAML license holder will send two staff to attend SSAT train the trainer sessions preparing them to successfully deliver the full suite of NAML modules.  \n􀁸 All NAML training sessions will be evaluated using an agreed format set between both parties. All participants should be requested to complete an evaluation. A summary will be sent to SSAT as part of a robust quality assurance programme. Any average score less than ‘good’(2) will be investigated further to assess how the delivery could be improved and any action taken will be communicated to SSAT.  \n􀁸 The NAML license holder may work with cohorts from one school or that are made up from a number of schools in their area. Cohorts sizes are not expected to be greater than 20 participants and the license holder will discuss with SSAT in advance should they wish to increase this for any reason.  \n􀁸 Where license holders wish to generate income through the sale of the NAML modules to other schools, the license holder is responsible for the marketing and recruitment of participants.  \n􀁸 The license holder will provide SSAT with recommendations for improvements to module content and opportunities for further collaboration.  \nRoles and responsibilities of SSAT  \n􀁸 Provide full access to an electronic version of the SSAT suite of 10 NAML modules to run NAML training Sessions. This includes trainer notes, presentations and materials.  \n􀁸 Provide an annual train the trainer session for two staff using up-to-date training materials for the suite of NAML modules.  \n􀁸 SSAT will regularly review the programme content and materials to ensure quality and relevance.  \n􀁸 Provide certificates for all delegates completing NAML training modules. A single certificates listing all relevant modules completed as part of the programme will be issued following the final module. Where all 10 modules are completed, the certificate will be for the full NAML award.  \n􀁸 SSAT will provide an annual license for the SSAT National Award for Middle Leaders; this will entitle holders to use its NAML material and SSAT Logo on a pay per module delivered basis. Schools may decide to offer and deliver any number and combination of modules, asa programme or as individual modules.  \n􀁸 SSAT will, through its national networks, make its member schools aware of schools holding licenses to deliver the NAML programme.  \nIntellectual property  \nSSAT has invested many years of experience and knowledge in to developing the NAML modules and accreditation. The materials provided to support the programme including any case studies are solely for the use of those trainers licensed to deliver the NAML programme. All materials remain the intellectual property of SSAT and are protected by these rights.  \nDuration  \nLicenses will commence from 1st May 2016 and run until 30th April 2017.
