Its automated scouting features, mobile learning system, and proprietary recruiting suite are not available together from any other vendor.  \n3. Name of company/individual selling the item and why that source is the only possible source that can provide the required item(s):  \nJust Play Sports Solutions. Austin Barone. Just Play is the only provider offering a unified platform that integrates scouting, analytics, teaching tools, mobile delivery, and a fully built recruiting workflow. The vendor’s sole source letter confirms that no other company provides the same combination of features or the depth of integration required by the program.  \n4.
