Identify shower needs via Life Groups,church staff,Shepherds,andmembers,and contact the needs to the Co-chairs.  \n2.    The Co-chairs contact the honoree to schedule the shower date.  \n3.    The Co-chairs contact the monthly coordinator with the name of thehonoree,shower date,and hostess if known.  \n4.    The Coordinator contacts the hostess*and assists the hostess with  \nsupplies,ideas,clean-up and return of supplies.The Coordinator should alsoprovide the Guidelines for Hostesses to the hostess.  \n*If the honoree does not have a Life Group and no one has volunteered tohost,the Coordinator is responsible for finding a hostess.  \n5.
