and he has decided not to serve as a full time lobbyist this year.TomGrady recommended Lisa Foster,as we must continue with a full time lobbyist,especially duringthe legislative session.Councilman Erickson added that he has known Lisa Foster for 14 years,he worked with her in Carson City;she has been a lobbyist for much longer than that.BoulderCity is one of Lisa Foster's clients.Fallon shares a lot of common interests including an electricutility.This is a main reason that we need full time presence.He was confident in her ability tounderstand how Fallon works and how to best represent us.  \nDeputy City Attorney Erquiaga added that she was very professional and organized;hewas excited to work with her.  \nMayor Tedford noted that it was important to note that Tom Grady recommended her.Hewas impressed with her breadth of knowledge.We must monitor activities in public safety andenterprise funds and she will cover interim sessions as well.  \nMayor Tedford inquired if the Council
