Every ministry is a front door to discipleship, fellowship, and transformation. Marketing is not about promoting ourselves but about sharing the story of how God is working through each ministry so that others can join in. When we communicate consistently, we extend invitations for people to grow, serve, and experience life change. \nOur digital presence helps us share that story clearly across multiple platforms. Capri’s Livestream goes out live every Sunday automatically to Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo. Vimeo serves as our main storage and streaming software through Livestream Studio. \nEvery Monday we post \\#MotivationMonday—a short devotional recap from the Sunday message. Facebook remains our largest following, with smaller reach on Instagram and almost none on X (formerly Twitter) . \nNext Steps \n1. Create a Monthly Content Calendar Template for all ministry teams. \n2. Assign Content Ownership to ensure every ministry maintains consistent visibility. \nPart 2: Digital Platforms Snapshot \n**Facebook** – Our primary engagement space, ideal for community storytelling, event promotion, and photos. \n**Instagram** – Visual platform for behind-the-scenes and worship-related content; growing audience potential. \n**YouTube & Vimeo** – Home for livestreams, sermon archives, and worship media content. \n**Pushpay App** – Internal hub for members. Share weekly updates, sign-ups, and Friday push notifications. \nWeekly Digital Features \n• Worship Warmup Wednesday (Instagram Story) \n• Short clip or photo from worship rehearsal. Include a devotional or sneak peek of Sunday’s setlist. \n• Friday Push (Pushpay Notification) \n• Examples: \n• • “We can’t wait to worship with you this Sunday at 9:00 & 10:30!” \n• • “Invite a friend—Pastor Steven continues our ‘Faith Forward’ series.” \n• • “Check out this Sunday’s setlist: [insert link]” \nPart 3: Responsibilities & Rhythm \nSteven (Associate Pastor) and Karla (Office Administrator) manage the platforms (Pushpay, Instagram, Website, Facebook, YouTube, Sunday ProPresenter/Bulletin ) . Their role is to manage and post content, not to chase down information. Each team leader is responsible for providing updated details of events, photos, and highlights. \n• Team leaders must: \n• • Proactively reach out with event details. \n• • Specify where and when you want content posted. \n• • Keep your ministry’s online presence fresh and inviting. \nEven if a marketing staff position is added in the future, the responsibility to share timely, accurate information will still fall on each ministry leader. \nPart 4: Branding & Logo Use Guidelines \n1. Each ministry team should use the official Capri Christian Church logo design. \n2. Approved Colors: Capri Blue (HEX \\#14133A / RGB 20,19,58); use white or light backgrounds for clarity. \n3. Fonts: Primary – Garamond or Times New Roman; Secondary – Arial or Calibri. \n4. Logo Placement: Maintain proportions, do not stretch, crop, or overlay text. Leave at least ½ inch margin space. \n5. Ministry-Specific Logos: Each ministry uses the same design with its name substituted (e.g., Capri Youth, Capri Women) . \n6. Logo Files: Contact Karla at karla@caprichurch.com for approved PNG and transparent versions. \nPart 5: Ministry Marketing Submission Form \nMinistry Name: \nTeam Leader: \nDate Submitted: \nEvent / Announcement Details \nTitle / Name of Event: Date & Time: Location: \nDescription (2–3 sentences): \n__________________________________________________________ \n__________________________________________________________ \nWhere should this be shared?
