Depending on the financial needs of the Chapters and their Sub-groups we can offer three different options to your Organization.  \nOption One: All Membership is handled at the National level with one MemberLeap database setup.  \nWith this option, all members have to sign up and renew at the National website/database. This is the easiest and least expensive of the three options as all details can be handled within one database. Separate memberships for the national members with selections for the Chapter and add-on selections for the Sub-groups can all be accommodated with money being distributed back down to the Chapter and from there down to the sub-group level by Chapter Admins.  \nAll options for Chapters and Sub-groups can use the Project and Committee module to set up each as an independent group for communication, collaboration, and information. Each would have their own Chair and CoChair as Admins for their group. National Admins would still be able to control everything in the entire system while Admins for the Chapters and Sub-groups would be more limited in function.  \nOption Two: National Database with each Chapter having their own Template-based Website and their own MemberLeap database and full admins with Sub-groups set up as Membership “types”. This option is needed if a Chapter needs to have their financials separated from the National account (their own accounting system, bank account, or payment gateway of their own for monetary transactions)  \nWith this option, members can sign up at either the Chapter level or as an add-on to that membership they can join a Sub-group within that Chapter.  \nThis Template based option allows your Sub-groups to send their membership information to Chapter and paying their dues as they do now with the Chapter adding their own dues (or collecting whatever they want to charge for that level if anything at all) . If the member then wants to add a National membership to that there would be a National/Chapter membership to choose from. This would then be tracked and that additional cost would be passed up to the National database as a part of a “sync” process with dues portions owed to the National level tracked for reporting and financial purposes to allow for the payments to be paid to National by the Chapter.  \nWe can even offer an upload system for the uploading and “syncing of the Sub-group data and related charges for the financial reporting needed for an additional initial setup per Chapter that has their own MemberLeap database. This would be a one-time setup charge for that Chapter (to be paid for by whomever the organization wants, National or the Chapter) . Otherwise the Sub-group data would have to be manually updated by an admin of the Chapter.  \nOption Three: National Database with each Chapter having their own Template-based Website and their own MemberLeap database and full admins with Sub-groups having their own Template-based Website and their own MemberLeap database as well.  \nWith this option, members can sign up at either the Sub-group level in their own database and the information would be “synced” to the Chapter level database and then “synced” to the National database. This is the easiest system to administrate but is also the costliest to set up. Each Sub-group would have the option of having their  \nown Template-based Website and MemberLeap database system and “sync” to the Chapter but they would have the same setup costs described below fort the individual setups. Each Chapter and Sub-group would have a setup cost of $350 setup, $50 per month ($600/year) for the monthly cost.
