the above member or associate member (the “member”) and the [DESIGNATION] Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity (the “chapter”).\nTypes of Membership\nThe Member understands that, as outlined in the Supreme Laws of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity (the “Fraternity”), once initiated, membership in the Fraternity is for life unless terminated by expulsion or authorized resignation. Furthermore, the member understands that the Fraternity does not have a provision for “inactive” status, and that the obligations outlined in this agreement shall continue until one of the following occurs:\nThe member completes or permanently discontinues his course of study at the institution where the chapter is located;\nThe member transfers to another college or university;\nThe member is authorized to resign from the Fraternity in accordance with Supreme Law;\nThe member is expelled from the Fraternity in accordance with Supreme Law; or\nThe member dies.\nObligations of Membership\nThe member agrees that in exchange for the privileges of membership, he has a financial obligation to the chapter, located at [COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY], and to the Fraternity. This includes his obligation to pay his dues, fees, fines, charges and any expenses incurred by the chapter on his behalf for the duration of his membership as an undergraduate member of the Fraternity.\nAs part of this obligation, the member agrees to pay all dues and fees on or before the due date as outlined below, understanding that he is obligated to pay any late fees, finance charges and penalties that may occur if his account is delinquent.\nThe member acknowledges that all monies due prior to his departure from [COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY] will remain due until paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon by the member and the chapter’s current archon, treasurer and/or chapter advisor.
