The medical aesthetician will maintain a neat and organized medical spa workspace, and provide all medical spa (MedSpa) esthetic services including laser services (IPL, Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Body Contouring), waxing, facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling, while maximizing client service and retail sales.  \nThis position will work with our current team of customer care personnel, talented hair stylists, and Medical Spa professionals. This role will also work closely with our Owner, Salon & MedSpa Director, and Management.  \nThe ideal candidate will align with the ETHOS Culture: E-excellence, T-Teamwork, H-Harmony, O-Overcoming attitude/Others, S-Self (work-life-balance) .  \nReports to: Owner & Medical Spa Manager Description of Responsibilities:  \n• Perform exemplary, client-focused medical esthetics services for clients, following Ethos MedSpa protocols, with the goal of providing safe and effective treatments.  \n• Greet and consult with clients to determine their unique desires and needs. Ensure appropriate consent forms and treatment forms are on file. Carryout the Ethos MedSpa client service cycle including thorough consultation, impeccable service, and follow up treatment plans, according to standards. Maintain the treatment plan through regular reviews and communication with the client and MedSpa Director. Practice detailed work habits including charting, documenting, and logging notes.  \n• Provide an excellent, clean, inviting, professional, comfortable, relaxing, and pleasant experience for all medical spa clients. Keep the treatment room clean at all times, and between appointments. Uphold the standards as directed by law, and by Ethos Medspa policies and procedures.  \n• Participate in comprehensive training programs on each medical spa procedure, and be available as a resource for other medical aestheticians and support staff, with the goal of providing consistent and exceptional medical spa services that match Ethos MedSpa’s brand standards. Attend MedSpa meetings. Assist Management to ensure that the MedSpa is up-todate with new developments in the medical spa field, regulations, compliance requirements, and training.  \n• Keep an accurate inventory list and submit weekly orders. Immediately inform management about product shortages and customer issues and/or requests. Collaborate with MedSpa Director and Management on all medical spa equipment sanitation schedules, maintenance, and warranties. Conduct monthly inventory of all medical spa materials, and utilize Ethos MedSpa process for ordering, receiving, logging, and maintaining inventory.  \n• Maximize client service and product sales.
