I am convinced that my experience in translating complex analyses to tangible recommendations, coupled with my dual degree (Master’s in Management and Business Law) will allow me to make a significant impact to McKinsey’s clients.  \nI believe that my experience in solving legal, strategic, and operational problems in different sectors such as Tourism and Entertainment, Energy & Infrastructure, or Retail could bring the following skills to the McKinsey’s teams:  \nProblem-solving: I like to solve problems by looking at them from different perspectives. For instance, during my internship at Disneyland Paris as a Junior Consultant in the Strategy and Innovation department, I organized and led several workshops to optimize Disneyland’s supply chain. In addition, I built a financial model to forecast the impacts of the new supply chain roadmap on the P&L of Disneyland.  \nLeadership: I believe that part of being a leader is to leverage other people’s expertise. For instance, as a Project Manager at ADT in Dakar, I teamed up with a law firm and the Senegalese’s Intellectual Property Office to build all the legal trademark protection necessary to reduce the risk of copyright infringement and enable the growth of ADT’s digital sales in key African markets.  \nEntrepreneurial Drive: During my internship in Dentons’ Energy & Infrastructure department, I was stimulated by the fact that I was dealing with complex and unfamiliar issues. For instance, I analyzed international best practices that we used to make recommendations to reform the public tendering process of a large African country; the objective was to attract foreign investors and develop significant infrastructure investments in this country.  \nAfter my conversations with McKinsey Consultants such as Clémence VAN DER SCHUERERN, Rida MERDI, and Dina TAGEMOUATI, I am convinced that McKinsey & Company, Casablanca office is a perfect match with my past experiences, skillsets, and career aspirations.  \nFirstly, because of the impact I will have as a Consultant at McKinsey, Casablanca office. Due to my personal connection with the African continent, I want to play a leading role in Africa’s social and economic development for the next decade. Per my discussions with M.
