SCHEDULES  \n3.1 Each Schedule contains a detailed description of a Service which CAE shall provide to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The key terms, including the associated Fees, bespoke  \nfeatures and duration, shall be detailed in each Schedule and shall take precedence over the Clauses as detailed in Clause 32.1.  \n3.2 The Schedule for the initial Services to be provided from the Commencement Date is contained in this Agreement at Schedule 1.
