the Board within sixty(60)days from the date ofemployment.  \nRecognition excludes all aides,clerical staff,accountants,administrative staff,substitutes and all others.Tenurable position/employee is defined by the State of MichiganTenure Act.All other positions/employees covered under this Master Agreement are consideredto be non-tenurable positions/itinerant employees.All union staff are considered itinerantunless serving as a classroom teacher.  \n# ARTICLEIⅢ\n\nPurpose,Intent and Philosophy  \nSection 1:The purpose of this agreement is to establish,clearly in writing,the full agreementbetween the parties concerning the salaries,terms and conditions of employment that shallprevail for the duration of this agreement.  \nSection 2:If any provision of this agreement or any application of this agreement to anyemployee or group of employees shall be found contrary to law,then such provision orapplication shall not be deemed valid and subsisting,except to the extent permitted by law,butall other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.  \nSection 3:The Board of Education recognizes the legal rights of professional employees asthey are
