Danielle motioned to approve the minutes; Jayne seconded.  \n2. Treasurer’s Report  \nPam Marshall is our new treasurer! Pam shared the treasurer’s report and went through expenses.  \nTatianna motioned to approve; Jayne seconded.  \nOther treasure related items:  \nCurrently our bank account to TB Bank requires in person banking so Pam’s location in Colorado will not work.  \nPam recommended that we switch our accounts to a Chase Account. There are no fees as long as there is $2000 in the account. Two people can have access the president and secretary. If we put Pam as “secretary” on the account, she would have access and control over the account. CGA’s Go Daddy and PayPal would eventually transition to this account.  \nElyse made a motion to close TD bank account. Danielle seconded. Pam motion to open a Chase account. Committee Check-In’s  \nMembership Drive  \nWe presently have 40 members for 2025, counting the Junior members. Christine will send an email out to those who have not renewed it to remind them to do so by March 15th.  \nGoat Exo Goat Expo May 20-31s  \nDavid is not able to attend the Goat Expo. Dorothy will be attending and representing CGA. Elyse shared that any PowerPoints that we create on behalf for CGA can be sent to [Cashmeregoatassociation@ gmail.com](Cashmeregoatassociation@ gmail.com) to pull from for future presentations. Pam Marshall is considering attending!  \nShow Planning & Development-Kathy  \nKathy shared that the show is in the works but recommends that we send a save date, as well as a short survey of intent to attend. The show committee from the Washington County Fairgrounds plans to ask Wendy to judge. If she is not available another judge will be considered possibly from a distance that would require CGA to contribute to the cost.  \nKathy is committed to covering the education presentation pieces of the show. She is also planning on bringing goats. Kathy will send Christine a Save the Date for the Adirondack Fiber Show and the live goat show to Christine to forward to membership.  \nWebinar Schedule  \n• Michel will reach out to Dr. Nancy about the future webinar discussed earlier. Lauren also had a webinar source Micheal will check with Dr. Nancy is available after kidding season for a program on Thursday April 24th at 7 PM EST.  \nRegional Cashmere Goat Ambassador  \nThe proposed Regional Cashmere Goat Ambassador position was reviewed and discussed.
