(Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers. )  \n- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on lodging properties on a scheduled basis, i.e. cleaning gutters, power washing, blowing leaves, paint touch up, etc.  \n- Replaces broken windows, repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds, & maintains fireplaces.  \n- Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building maintenance and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.  \n- Operate a computer and/or phone to communicate with supervisors.  \n- May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.  \n- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.  \n- Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings, repairs plaster and drywall, paints buildings/ structures, sanding, etc.  \n- Repair furniture and small household appliances.  \n- Performs outside custodial duties such as garbage removal & landscape management as required.  \n- May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, and order parts as needed.  \n- Other duties may be assigned.  \nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
