Dragas will look into the application which is due Mar 31.  \n○ Event will be from 2-8pm. Planning a 5K race in the morning. Will reserve a band for live music.  \n○ Country Redford band reserved 5-8pm. Maximum tickets 750. Setup at noon. Liquor license $160 MCIC to purchase. Ask Rabbit Run if we can use their parking lot for overflow parking. Port-a-potties lined up. Want wineries and breweries topour their own if possible.  \n○ 4 food trucks reserved now. Need to send them contracts. Deposit paid for tent. 16x16 stage for Country Redford band.$3k for band-they have all their own equipment. Revising sponsor tier pricing.
