Rental Update – Director McQueen gave the rental report.  \nd. Healthy Start/ Resource Center Report-Director Soria gave a brief report on the activities of Healthy Start.  \ne . Wellness Center Report – Stephanie Velasquez reported that the Wellness Center has had 20 new enrollments the past six months. Discussions are being held to possibly keep the Wellness Center open on holidays. Class participation has also been increasing. They are currently working on implementing new membership software.  \n7. ACTION ITEMS  \nThere were no action items.  \n8.  LEGAL COUNCIL REPORT – Attorney Warson continued the discussion regarding microphones for use during the board meetings.  \n9.
