(TAL) .  \n2.1 LABORATORY QUALIFICATIONS  \nTAL-Saint Louis is certified for radiochemistry analyses in California and holds National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program certification for radiochemistry through the state of Florida. TAL Saint Louis participates in the Department of Energy Consolidated Audit Program and is considered qualified to analyze samples according to the Department of Energy Quality Systems for Analytical Services .
