This role is ideal for an educator who values whole-child development and desires to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children through both academic excellence and spiritual formation.  \nAt Pathways, we believe children learn best in a nurturing, engaging environment where curiosity is encouraged, relationships are valued, and faith is woven naturally into daily life.  \nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:  \n• Develop daily written lesson plans that provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum addressing the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, language, and spiritual growth of each child.  \n• Submit lesson plans and supply requests monthly by the specified deadline.  \n• Maintain consistent, clear communication (both written and verbal) with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities, including curriculum, events, and relevant parenting insights.  \n• Integrate chapel lessons into the classroom through songs, stories, prayers, and activities that reinforce the Christian mission of the school, modeling these values in daily interactions.  \n• Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped classroom environment ;
