The single page web application provides an automated solution to classifying tickets created in the Customer Success Teams Jira Service Management dashboard. The Customer Success team manually assign tickets created in the Jira Service Management dashboard which can be cumbersome. By applying the Agile Scrum Methodology accompanied with risk management and quality assurance the lead author was able to complete a working prototype and proof of concept utilising ChatGPT Large Language Models (LLM) Text Classification techniques. \nKeywords: Scrum, Customer Success Team, LLM, ChatGPT, Integration. \n1. INTRODUCTION \nJade Software Corporation is a New Zealand based software development company, their main headquarters is in Christchruch New Zealand with offices in Australia and the United Kingdom. Jade ThirdEye (JTE) is a secure Software asa Service (SaaS) Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance software. It provides a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution to AML compliance for organisations (Jade Software, n.d) . \nThis paper provides an overview of the project completed at Jade Software which involved the design and development of a single page web application for the Jade Software Corporation ThirdEye Customer Success Team. \nFigure 1 \nJTE Ticket Classifier Short Paper Poster \n2. PROJECT DETAILS \nThe Jade ThirdEye Customer Success Teams deals with customer service tickets submitted in their Jira dashboard. Jira is a project management tool used by teams to plan, track, release, and support software with confidence (Atlassian, n.d.) . The Customer Success team, prior to the project, manually classified each ticket submitted with a label. This label clearly depicts what sort of area in which the customer is facing a problem and can assign the correct individual/team to resolve it. \nThe manual task of assigning a ticket with a label can be a lengthy process if many tickets must be classified as each ticket has to be carefully analysed to assure a ticket label is correctly assigned. The team could benefit from this process being automated. \nHaving a tool to automatically analyse ticket contents and assigned a suggested label to the ticket could greatly speed up the time to resolve a ticket and reduce manual workload for the JTE Customer Success team. \nProject Goals \n• Develop a front-end Ticket Classification dashboard User Interface (UI) from the requirements set out. \n• Automatic updating of tickets resided in the JTE Customer Success Jira Service Management dashboard. \nStudent Goals \n• Complete the industry project to the standards and requirements set out by the industry company and product owner. \n• Apply previously gained skills and techniques from Ara Te Pūkenga (Ara Te Pūkenga, n.d) in a realworld project environment. \n• Gain valuable experience, skills and techniques required by the industry provider. \n3. METHOD \nThis section covers processes of Agile Scrum, Risk Management and Quality Assurance (QA) used to deliver the industry and academic outcomes. \n3.1 Agile Scrum \nThe lead author used an adapted Agile Scrum project management methodology to control and manage and access \nthe tasks and procedures during the project. Agile Scrum was used to depict milestones, organise meetings, and identify phases of the project. Scrum is used to incrementally deliver value to a project in a collaborative way, it adds structure to teams and individuals to depict the right practices to complete and optimize their specific needs (Scrum, n.d.) . \n3.2 Risk Management \nThe lead author used th","cbCaijDURJxhGxoo","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaijDURJxhGxoo","pdf",446760,"English","# ABSTRACT\n# 1.
