The IA 1120S must also be used by interest charge domestic international sales corporations and foreign sales corporations. If the S corporation is a financial institution, it must also file an IA 1120F.  \nNote: Only S corporations with activity (income or loss) from Iowa sources as described above, or which have a commercial domicile in Iowa, are required to file.
