The Client Care Letter applies to every interaction with ISA from this point onwards and can be used for the duration of your course.  \nRegulation of Advice: The University of Surrey offers these services as a licensed sponsor exempt from Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) registration, while in full compliance with the IAA code of standards. Full details on how we operate are set out in our Conditions of Service. These conditions must be read thoroughly before signing the Client Care Letter.  \nAs a Home Office licensed sponsor, we will not charge you a fee for providing immigration advice and services. However, you remain subject to any Home Office application fees and other disbursements.  \nContacting us: ISA are responsible for managing your case and can be contacted on Surrey Support or 01483 983952. ISA are based in Level 1 of Senate House, Stag Hill, Guildford, GU2 7XH but hold appointments with students in the MySurrey Hive, Room 4 only. For any periods when your allocated Adviser is out of the office, or otherwise unable to work on your case, another interim advisor of the ISA team may contact you. Interim advisors will be one of the designated members of ISA that may provide immigration advice.
