We are a bi-coastal design team with a focus on crafting high-end residential projects across the country that span a variety of styles and integrate history and place. Our designers are integral to all aspects of our projects and work directly with each project’s Lead Designer, other Interior Designers, and Administrative and Procurement Staff. We are exploring candidates whose work experience could be suitable for an Intermediate level role.  \nROLE DESCRIPTION  \nThe ideal design candidate must have a discerning eye and be self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively, own assigned tasks (with guidance and oversight as appropriate), and manage their time on multiple projects simultaneously. They have experienced an acceptable level of familiarity with the lifecycle of atypical construction/renovation project and are perpetually interested in learning more about the processes and methods of construction and fabrication. They are familiar with the New York design market (vendors, fabricators, artisans, etc.) -and comfortable with the prospect of finding and vetting new contacts in unfamiliar markets.  \nOur ideal team member is a curious, resourceful, and thoughtful person who values personal and professional growth and development.
