That the President of the Bank, or such representative as he shall designate, is authorized, in the name and on behalf of the Bank, to enter into such agreement or agreements as may be necessary for the purpose of granting a nonreimbursable technical cooperation for a sum of up to €6,000,000 chargeable to the resources granted by the European Union , pursuant to the agreement or agreements specified in paragraph 2 below, and to adopt any other measures as may be pertinent for the execution of the project proposal contained in document AT-1581 .  \n2.
