As agile adoption grows, companies increasingly combine Agile software development with user-centered approaches such as Lean UX. Year-by-year more companies are starting to acquire Agile software development processes, and some of the companies are starting to focus on user experience when creating products . \nThis has as brought to companies starting to work with new software development processes that combine both Agile methodologies and other more user cantered approaches like Lean UX. There are many software developments tools for managing Agile projects, as Scrum, but there are not many software managements tools for managing Lean UX processes. However, there is no tool that offers a software management that combines Lean UX and Scrum processes. So, in this project, we have analysed which potential software management tools are in the market that offer the possibility of integrating the Lean UX and Scrum processes. \nOn this context, we have created an application with Jira Forge framework that creates the optimal configuration for a project on Jira and allows to make the Lean UX – Scrum software management as easy as possible for teams. \nTable of Contents \n1 Introduction ...................................................................................... 1 \n1.1 Objective of the project ....................................................................... 1 \n1.2 Structure of the thesis........................................................................ 2 \n2 Scrum and Lean UX ...........................................................................3 \n2.1 Introduction ....................................................................................... 3 \n2.2 Scrum ................................................................................................ 5 \n2.2.1 Introduction to Scrum .................................................................. 5 \n2.2.2 Scrum Process ............................................................................. 6 \n2.3 Lean UX ............................................................................................. 9 \n2.3.1 Lean UX Principles ....................................................................... 9 \n2.3.2 Lean UX Process ........................................................................ 10 \n2.4 Lean UX in Scrum ............................................................................ 12 \n2.4.1 Introduction ............................................................................... 12 \n2.4.2 Lean UX-Scrum process ........................................................... 12 \n3 Methodology and Work Plan............................................................. 14 \n4 Understanding the application of the Lean UX and Scrum process in an academic environment .......................................................................... 16 \n4.1.1 Student’s process .........................................................","cbCaiajjXgjRI8hS","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiajjXgjRI8hS","pdf",3378119,81,"English","# 1 Introduction\n## 1.1 Objective of the project\n## 1.2 Structure of the thesis\n# 2 Scrum and Lean UX\n## 2.1 Introduction\n## 2.2 Scrum\n## 2.3 Lean UX\n## 2.4 Lean UX in Scrum\n# 3 Methodology and Work Plan\n# 4 Understanding the application of the Lean UX and Scrum process in an academic environment\n## 4.1.1 Student’s process\n## 4.1.2 Trying to understand the why’s from student’s\n# 5 Project Management Tools Analysis\n## 5.1 Redmine Software\n## 5.2 Trello Software\n## 5.3 Jira Software\n## 5.4 Conclusions\n# 6 Customizing Jira with a Forge app\n## 6.1 Basic Jira concepts","[{\"question\":\"Why does the thesis focus on integrating Lean UX with Scrum?\",\"answer\":\"Companies have adopted Agile processes and increasingly value user experience, but there is a lack of tools that manage Lean UX processes and no tool that combines Lean UX and Scrum management in one approach.\"},{\"question\":\"What approach does the thesis take to support Lean UX–Scrum teams?\",\"answer\":\"It analyzes potential software management tools and then creates an application using the Jira Forge framework to configure Jira for Lean UX–Scrum work.\"},{\"question\":\"Which tools are analyzed for managing Agile and Lean UX-related workflows?\",\"answer\":\"The thesis reviews tools including Redmine, Trello, and Jira, focusing on their features and how they support Agile project management.\"}]","Integration of Lean UX and Scrum Processes through a Jira Forge Application - May 2022 | PDF",1789245414,28]
