Two identical channels provide a fader for manual control over a unipolar positive DC control voltage signal. \nToo many cables to reach your knobs? The [2]f can be conveniently placed towards the edge of your system to achieve easy access to your buried parameters. \nModules with no Bias control? Sum a DC offset from the [2]f with your CV signal to bias your control voltage signal. \nWith the addition of manual voltage control, the possibilities are endless. \nFeatures \n• Two channels of manual voltage control (0V-5V or 0V-10V) \n• LED indication of fader position \n• 2 HP \n3 \nInstallation \n1. Confirm that the Eurorack synthesizer system is powered off. \n2. Locate 2 HP of space in your Eurorack synthesizer case. \n3. Connect the 10 pin side of the IDC power cable to the 2x5 pin header on the back of the module, confirming that the red stripe on the power cable is connected to-12V. \n4. Connect the 16 pin side of the IDC power cable to the 2x8 pin header on your Eurorack power supply, confirming that the red stripe on the power cable is connected to-12V. \n5. Mount the Instruō [2]f in your Eurorack synthesizer case. \n6. Power your Eurorack synthesizer system on. \nNote: \nThis module has reverse polarity protection. \nInverted installation of the power cable will not damage the module. \nSpecifications \n• Width: 2 HP \n• Depth: 27mm \n• +12V: 10mA \n• -12V: 6mA \n4 \n(utility) becuse two is one and one is none \nBack \n5 \n3 \n4 \n4. Channel 1 Fader \nCV Output: The CV Outputs are unipolar positive control voltage outputs for channel 1 and channel 2 \n• Output range: 0V-5V or 0V-10V (+5% tolerance) . Fader: The Faders set the voltage present at the corresponding CV Output. \n• Moving the Faders will continuously change the DC voltage present at the corresponding CV Output. \nHeaders: There are two 1x2 pin headers on the back of the module used to change the voltage range of each channel. \n• The top Header corresponds to the top channel. \n• The bottom Header corresponds to the bottom channel. \n• If the Header is uninstalled, the voltage range of the corresponding channel will be 0V-5V. If the Header is installed, the voltage range of the corresponding channel will be 0V-10V. \n0-5V 0-10V \nJUMPERS ON BACK \n6 \nManual Author: Collin Russell \nManual Design: Dominic D’Sylva \nThis device meets the requirements of the following standards: EN55032, EN55103-2, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3, EN62311. \n7","cbCainiXRVSh4XGF","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCainiXRVSh4XGF","pdf",441916,7,"English","# Overview\n## Description / Features\n## Installation / Specifications\n## CV Outputs / Faders / Headers","[{\"question\":\"What does the Instruō [2]f do?\",\"answer\":\"It provides a manual control voltage interface with two identical channels, each using a fader to continuously change a corresponding unipolar positive DC control voltage output.\"},{\"question\":\"How do you install the module in a Eurorack system?\",\"answer\":\"Confirm the system is powered off, allocate 2 HP space, connect the 10-pin IDC power cable to the module header (red stripe to -12V), connect the 16-pin IDC side to the Eurorack power supply header (also red stripe to -12V), then mount and power on.\"},{\"question\":\"How can each channel’s output voltage range be changed?\",\"answer\":\"Use the two 1x2 pin headers (jumpers) on the back of the module: if a header is uninstalled, that channel outputs 0V-5V; if installed, it outputs 0V-10V.\"}]","Instruō [2]f Dual Fader Module - User Manual - Installation and Specifications | PDF",1789113412]
