Applicants should be adept in applying learning sciences and design methodology to create engaging and effective learning content.  \nThis role is located at Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters in Dublin, OH and has a hybrid work schedule.  \nDuties Description  \n• Create design documents/storyboards for interactive online learning courses.  \n• Develop online courses using multimedia tools and authoring software such as Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360.  \n• Create video and job aids that complement and enhance online learning opportunities.  \n• Support the Director of Education and Training by providing project updates throughout the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.  \n• Develop and maintain an understanding of Kappa’s governing structure to provide usercentric learning journeys for various organization roles.  \n• Interface with Subject Matter Expert’s to understand and develop training goals/learning objectives across a variety of topics/disciplines.  \n• Build evaluation frameworks for training. Adjust training approaches based on learner performance and feedback as necessary.  \n• Manage all aspects of the learning management system, including course implementation/updates, learning path mapping, basic interface design, maintaining and analyzing progress report data, and troubleshooting end-user support requests.  \n• Work with the LMS provider and any third-party software/service entities relevant to the position and responsibilities.  \n• Act as a liaison to the Marketing and Communications Department for all major elearning-related correspondence that affects end users (volunteers, employees, and organization affiliates) .  \n• Other duties as assigned.  \nSkills & Qualifications  \n• The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and technology and must be action-oriented, creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects  \nsimultaneously.
