(the “GDCDPA”).\nScope\nThis policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party agents who handle, manage, or use personal information owned by or entrusted to [Agency].\nDefinitions\nRoles and Responsibilities\nPolicy\nAll [AGENCY] employees must adhere to the Virginia Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act (or “GDCDPA”), pertaining to data privacy as referenced above.
