TRUST LAND  \n2.1 I give all of my surface and mineral interests in the real property held in trust by the United States of America for my benefit including, but not limited to Tract No. XXX XXX, also known as the XXX XXXX allotment, located in XXXX County, California together with any improvements on such property, to Jolene Doe and Jim Doe equally as tenants in common.  \nIII.
