The following are my recommendations, how you can improve the petition so as to allow it to be processed more smoothly and quickly by USCIS. If you have any questions please call or email meat 1-800-806-3210 x 702. \nI am very impressed with how you put together this package it's very clear you followed someone's instructions. I hope they were mine. Its a presentation format I would be proud of. I like the way that you've used the two holes for acco binder at the top and like the use of indexing tabs on the bottom. \nCRITICAL RECOMMENDATIONS \nI think we spoke on the phone, and you mentioned you two don't really plan to remain in the USA, that instead you plan to retire to your home in the Philippines. Sorry, if I am wrong. However the petition you have presented, seems to confirm that plan. \nYou spent a lot of time sharing your pride in your Philippines home, and have not provided much details about what will happen in the future in the USA. The consular officers don't want to be handing out Green Cards to people they think won't use them. They want to be certain that the Green Card will be put to good use. \nTo avoid delays or denials, you should bolster your case, by adding details about your plans for a life together in the USA, and cut back on the multiple references to your Philippines home, and plans to live there. \nRewrite your history letter to include details of your plans for your life's together in the USA. Maybe you don't plan to really stay too long, well plans change, and immigration won't expect you to be frozen in your life's plans. But for NOW, in interest of obtaining her Green Card, you should make plans for your life's in the USA, and they should be backed up with details. Ie: We will live here, she will go to school or work there, etc. \nReferences to your home and plans for retirement in the Philippines should be cut back. Talk less about this in your letter. Discard the full page of photos of your property. Keep the title in both names. Keep the more recent utility bills. But that's it as far as your Philippines property. \nCo-Habitation RED FLAG \nYou have described a 9 year marriage, and referred to her traveling to meet you at some of your various job locations. BUT your I-130 \\#21 states the last time you lived together was in 2010. The question is not really about having a joint lease, but by being together as man and wife. Hopefully you have much more recent dates, shared together. Even in a hotel. \nG-1145 \n I note that you have included the G-1145 as a document that's item number three and is bound inside the petition. The G-1145 should be loose and attached at the top of your package. So just like the your check is paper clipped to the package the G-1145 can be on top and paper clipped too, or use a rubber band to keep it in the stack. \nNon Critical + Cosmetic \nAfter you have accomplished the above, the following are minor changes you can implement or skip as desired. \nIndex Tabs \nYou have divided the petition sections by adding actual index pages that have the tabs at the bottom. That adds extra weight to the petition but is not really a good thing. As your petition is relatively thin it looks as if you're trying to purposely add extra weight. Which is not a good idea. I would use instead index tabs that are re-positionable. \n Your index tabs are not specific to one document but to groups of documents. A better use of tabs would be to make them smaller and provide one tab per each item. That way it's more clear to the reviewing officer when he's looking for a particular document how to immediately find it. That is the entire purpose of including the index tabs.
