The following are my recommendations, how you can improve the petition so as to allow it to be processed more smoothly and quickly by USCIS. If you have any questions please call or email meat 1-800-806-3210 x 702. \nAs per your request I have first reviewed the bio form and letter of intent for your fiance. My comments are as follows; \nHer g-325a. \nThe entire document \nis typed in uppercase, preferred is a combination of upper/lower \nMiddle name field is “blank” preferred is to state “None”, also at bottom of form \nThe year her father passed should be stated at his “City and country or Residence” field ie: “Deceased YYYY”. \nMothers “Maiden” name is stated as “Shetty”, same as her husbands. While this is possible, is it not likely. Her “Maiden” name should match the name on her birth certificate. \n“If your native alphabet is in other than Roman characters”. As a member of the Bunt community it is likely that her native language is Tulu or Kannada. Whatever her native language is, she should write her name in that languages's alphabet in this field. (also at I-129F Part 2, \\#31 and \\#32) \n Preferable if DATE of signature is handwritten with the same pen as the signature, instead of being typed. \nHer Letter of Intent \nIt is acceptable, however, I prefer to clearly list the Names of Beneficiary and Petitioner on any supplemental pages, ie: \n I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée Visa \n Petitioner: Naik, Roshan Shivaram \n Fiancée: Shetty, Deekshma \nGeneral Presentation Format \nThe format to be used when submitting to USCIS is a stack of documents, logically ordered, with cover letter, visa photos and payment on top. If binding the stack (recommended) use a two hole punch at the top of the pages, and held together with Acco Fasteners. If adding index tabs (recommended) these should be affixed at the bottom of pages. \nI have included a pair of Acco fasteners for your use. These are with your visa photos. There should be NO staples used at all. \nThere should not be any binders, nor sheet protectors. \nInclusion of the binders, etc, results in the reviewer wasting time and patience to disassemble and discard all the extraneous materials. This slows the review AND runs the risk that a critical document gets discarded or replaced out of order during the reshuffle. . \nSee attached document “Materials for Professional Looking Petitions” for an idea of what the final petition should look like. \nVisa Photos \nThe proper format for writing names on the back of the visa photos, is \n“Surname, Given names”. Ie: Naik, Roshan Shivaram. This helps avoid confusion by the reviewers. \nAs per the photo of the sample petition shown in the attachment to this document, an easy way to present visa photos is by using a single ziploc bag, with both beneficiaries and petitioners visa photos inserted inside, and attached to the top of the application stack. \nCover Letter \nIt is recommended to identify the petition purpose, the petitioner, and beneficiary at the top of all supplemental documents, such as the cover letter, history letter, letters of intent, even personal check. This in case documents get separated from the package, so that they can be reunited. And to avoid confusion, names presented as surname comma given names. \nI-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée Visa \nPetitioner: Naik, Roshan Shivaram \nFiancée: Shetty, Deekshma \nI would add this, including, your name and address to all such documents. \nThe table of contents on the cover letter, should provide a detailed listing of each document included in the application. There should be NO missing entries. For example her birth certificate, her passport, your passport were included in the package but NO","cbCaipUMLu4tf1iE","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaipUMLu4tf1iE","pdf",114765,7,"English","# I-129F K1 Petition Review\n## Biographic form and letter of intent corrections\n## General presentation format for USCIS\n## Visa photo labeling and packaging\n## Cover letter and table of contents guidance\n## Evidence timeline and relationship proof structure","[{\"question\":\"What formatting changes are recommended for submitting the I-129F petition to USCIS?\",\"answer\":\"Submit a logically ordered stack with cover letter, visa photos, and payment on top.
